Lisa Elizabeth Mansur of Jackson and Ryan Dean Bedtelyon of Highland Park, Ill., announce their engagement.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Jay and Penny Mansur of Jackson. Her fiance is son of Luke and Cheryl Bedtelyon of Columbus, Ind., formerly of Alpena.

Lisa is a 2007 graduate of Western High School in Jackson and is currently attending Trinity International University in Deerfield, Ill, pursuing a degree in psychology. Ryan is a 2003 graduate of Alpena High School. He is an alumni of Alpena Community College and Spring Arbor University, and has served as Cavalry Scout, 4/73 CAV, 82nd Airborne Division in the U.S. Army. Ryan is currently attending Trinity International University pursuing a degree in history/social science - secondary education.

The couple will exchange their wedding vows Jan. 30, 2010, at Spring Arbor Free Methodist Church in Spring Arbor.
